How do I erase with Marker and Marker Plus?

To erase with the standard Marker: You need to choose the eraser function from the sidebar menu.

To erase with Marker Plus: Simply flip the Marker Plus upside down and start erasing like you would with a traditional pencil eraser.

Does the Marker for reMarkable 1 work with reMarkable 2?

The Marker and Marker Plus have been designed specifically to work in conjunction with reMarkable 2’s second-generation CANVAS display.

reMarkable 1's standard marker works with reMarkable 2, but we recommend using the Marker or Marker Plus with reMarkable 2.

Can I use my reMarkable without a Marker?

Yes, if you only plan on reading with your reMarkable, but you'll need a Marker if you want to write or sketch on the display and experience the paper-like feel that makes reMarkable unique.
