Voigtlander Color-Skopar 2,8/28 mm VM aspherical, Type II, silver

A high-performance wide-angle lens that focuses on light handling with a rangefinder camera. By adopting the latest optical design and aspherical lens, while maintaining the same optical performance as our VM mount lens ULTRON Vintage Line 28mm F2 Aspherical, we have achieved extremely compact styling by keeping the maximum aperture at F2.8. Compact & high performance
By adopting an aspherical lens, excellent optical performance is demonstrated even from the maximum aperture. The total length of the product is 23.5mm (from the mount surface), and there is little vignetting of the shooting frame when using the rangefinder, and handling is also good.

Two types of exterior to choose from
There are two types of exterior, silver and black. In both cases, the weight of the main body is reduced to 106g by using aluminum materials for the exterior.

Manual focus for reliable focus operation
The use of an all-metal helicoid unit that has been processed and adjusted with high precision and high-quality grease that produces just the right amount of torque enables focusing with a smooth operating feel. It enables fine focus adjustment.

Equipped with a rangefinder interlocking system
The high-precision rangefinder interlocking mechanism enables severe focusing near the maximum aperture. The shortest shooting distance with the rangefinder is 0.7m.

Rangefinder interlocking It is possible to focus up to 0.5m beyond the shortest shooting distance of 0.7m. It is possible to get close to the subject by using the live view function of the rangefinder-linked digital camera.

Full size image circle
A generous image circle has been secured for 35mm full-frame format. In addition, it has a very compact style compared to interchangeable lenses for single-lens reflex cameras.
