It features four seamlessly interchangeable magnification tubes, offering 10x, 20x, 35x, and 50x magnification options. The adjustable numerical aperture (NA) of this microscope lens ranges from 0.5 to 0.1, the high NA providing room for exceptional brightness and minimal diffraction. The lens is designed with a fixed 0.79" long working distance, ensuring both flexibility and convenience for the lighting setup, and you can easily change magnification without having to reset focus and lighting for stable microscopic shooting setups.
The apochromatic lens design minimizes chromatic aberrations in all magnification ratio for outstanding resolution. The eight grades of Numerical Aperture (NA) values from 0.5 to 0.15 indicated on the objective lens addresses the depth of field for microscopic shooting. The wide NA provided combined with ample lighting ensures that when capturing images, a lower ISO value can be used, resulting in a higher resolution image. The Laowa Aurogon is suitable for use in both still and video applications.
