The Helix Mist Light 1/8 Filter from PolarPro adds an atmospheric illumination to everyday light, eliminating the harsh, overly sharp look of today's digital sensors. This Mist standard (near 1/8) diffusion filter can help soften skin tones and general scene blemishes while still retaining image sharpness, and bloom highlights. Designed to safely lock in place once installed, the filter features a magnetic and quarter-turn locking mechanism that avoids the hassle of threading the filter on and off. With 16 layers of coating on cinema series glass, this filter is water-, oil-, and scratch-resistant. The brass frame provides durability while the rubber trim ring provides a seamless ergonomic grip.
