A quiet STM stepping motor provides fast and precise autofocus performance. Robustly built, the lens features a weather-resistant design, metal electronic contacts for EXIF information transmission, and a USB-C port for firmware upgrades.
Image Quality
- Offering a bright maximum aperture and shallow depth of field, this fast telephoto prime lens is well-suited for low-light environments and sharp image quality.
- Bright f/1.8 maximum aperture suits working in difficult lighting conditions and also offers increased control over depth of field for isolating subjects and working with selective focus techniques.
