The top flips over and then locks using the black latches. Each shelf features a fabric facing to help prevent small items from rolling around or off the shelf. Integrated wheels help you roll the folded cart for transport when not in use. Assembly takes only a few minutes, requiring no tools, and the assembled cart has a footprint of 24.8 x 41.4" with an assembled height range of 35.6 to 43.5".
