RAPID Pro supports charging and discharging at the same time (so-called pass-through charging), with the output power level adjusting depending on the needs of the devices connected to each port.

To ensure fast and stable charging and discharging of the power bank, we recommend the following:

Choose the right charger:
Use a charger that supports fast charging protocols and has a high output power (eg PD 65W or 100W). Avoid low power chargers (eg 5V/1A).
Use a quality charging cable:
Choose original or high-quality fast charging cables. Keep connectors clean and firmly attached, and avoid excessively long cables.
Device compatibility:
Check if connected devices support fast charging protocols; otherwise, fast charging will not be possible.
