Natural Stereo Imaging
SG MS1 captures both focused center detail and natural surrounding ambience. Its Cardioid and Bi-Directional capsule design delivers smooth, coherent stereo imaging with an immersive sense of directionality and spatial realism.
M/S Mono
Mono recording using a cardioid or bi-directional polar pattern according to your audio needs. Mono cardioid is perfect for dialogue, vlogging and point-source recording, while mono bi-directional is recommended for 2-person interviews and sound effects for gaming and film production.
Raw M-S
Records audio using both the front and side capsules for an unprocessed M/S signal. Perfect for music, ambience, and field recording with maximum flexibility in post production.
Decoded L/R
Converts Mid-Side audio into standard left and right stereo channels in real time. When recording the inputs discretely, post production can use these signals and have full control of the stereo image. Perfect for TV production, news gathering, broadcasting, and fast-turnaround recording.
