Upgrading functionality without hampering access to the R5's necessary functions, this cage features an Arca-type quick release baseplate, providing convenient mounting compatibility with a multitude of tripods and select DJI RS gimbals. Three cold shoes and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes allow for extensive accessory attachment and rig customization.
Built from durable, lightweight aluminum alloy, this cage attaches securely to the EOS R5 Mark II camera and BG-R20 battery grip via a 1/4"-20 screw and dual side locating blocks, protecting it from scratches with its built-in silicone pads. It provides full access to the R5 Mark II's flip-out screen, hot shoe, battery compartment, SD card slots, buttons, and ports. It includes multiple slots for camera strap attachment and a dual-head wrench that fits neatly in the cage's base.
